A new labor department report painting a fairly rosy picture of the U.S. economy. It says the four week average of the number of Americans seeking unemployment benefits fell for the sixth week in a row. The number now sits at just over 330,000 the lowest for the average since November 2007. However, another report shows since the end of the recession the average household income has fallen to 4.4% to around $52,098.
