Time Warner rejected an $80 Billion takeover bid from 21st Century Fox the parent company of Fox Business. It appears that the main driver for this bid is content. Time Warner owns CNN, HBO, Warner Brothers, TBS, Cartoon Network, and TNT to name the main ones.
