Time Warner Rejects $80 Billion Bid From 21st Century Fox

Time Warner rejected an $80 Billion takeover bid from 21st Century Fox the parent company of Fox Business. It appears that the main driver for this bid is content. Time Warner owns CNN, HBO, Warner Brothers, TBS, Cartoon Network, and TNT to name the main ones. Ed Butowsky, wealth manager, financial advisor, and managing partner of Chapwood Investment Management, joins Fox Business Varney & Co. as a panel analyst to discuss the 21st Century Fox take over bid and what happens now as Time Warner has rejected its initial bid.
