Google Splitting Stock 2-for-1; New Shares Have No Voting Power

This week Google pulled one of the more unusual technical maneuvers the Stock Market has not seen in a while, it’s splitting its stock 2-for-1. While that does not sound unusual there is a twist. The new shares will have no voting power. So while the value in your investment will not change your say over how Google is run will.
