Recently there have been new claims that the quest for solar power is creating a major rift in US/China relations. US firms are making claims that China is crippling the delicate green industry by selling goods below production cost. These major problems may, in fact, be directly linked to illegal practices in China. Several US manufacturers are planning to file, what is called in the industry, “dumping” charges against these companies in China.
