Retailers Hoping To Increase Toy Spending This Year


Retailers have been trying to find that next biggest toy item, by spending millions of dollars on research and development. It turns out that kids these days like newer versions of old classics, or at least that is what their parents are buying. Toys like Barbies and Legos are still among the top purchased toys. With toy sales flat for the last few holiday seasons retailers are trying to respond to the trend.
