Retail Sales Surge, Stock Market Falters Amid Plummeting Oil Prices

Plummeting oil prices having a major affect on the economy. Retail sales numbers have jumped up 0.7% the highest since last year; however, the stock market took its biggest hit in over 2.5 years. Ed Butowsky, wealth manager, financial advisor, and managing partner of Chapwood Investment Management, joins Fox News America’s Newsroom to discuss what is going on in the oil industry despite the fact that consumers seem to have some money in their pockets and their spending it as the retail sales numbers show.
